SizeDock help and support

Publish your first guide

  1. Open SizeDock inside Shopify. Create a chart or open Import studio to paste a spreadsheet or import a SizeDock CSV/TSV.
  2. Review every measurement and choose whether the chart contains garment or body measurements. Save the draft. Select a Shopify plan before publishing.
  3. Under Product connections, select a product or collection and choose its chart. An individual product assignment takes priority over collection assignments. Resolve collection conflicts before applying.
  4. Review the product result and apply it. This copies the published snapshot to that product.
  5. In Shopify, open Online Store → Themes → Customize. Open the relevant product template and add the SizeDock Size guide app block. Save the theme and preview a connected product on desktop and mobile. Repeat for other product templates as needed.

After editing

Saving a draft does not change the storefront. Publish the reviewed version, then review and apply affected products again. Restoring an older version creates a draft; review and publish it before applying. Removing an assignment requires reviewing and applying the product again to hide the old guide.

Languages

The administrator and widget controls support English, Korean, German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian and Dutch. Merchant chart content is translated manually. Add translated titles, measurement labels and instructions, then mark them reviewed. Missing or unreviewed translations fall back to the source content. Numeric values are preserved; cm/in conversion affects display only.

Import format and limits

UTF-8 CSV/TSV starts with chart_id,title,unit,size followed by 1–12 unique measurement columns. Units are cm or in. Measurements are positive decimals or ascending ranges, such as 80-84. Each chart supports up to 50 sizes. File limit: 1 MB. Shop limit: 300 total charts including drafts. Starter permits 30 published charts; Studio permits 300. Product batch review processes at most 500 products at a time and requires the page to remain open. No automatic overage fees apply.

Identical chart IDs and content are skipped on retry. Changed content under an existing ID blocks the import without saving any rows. Edit the existing chart or use a new ID. Competitor-specific export compatibility and JSON import are not offered.

Subscriptions

Starter: USD 9/month. Studio: USD 19/month. Each offers a 14-day trial, subject to Shopify eligibility and approval. Use Plans → Manage plan in Shopify to select or change your subscription. Shopify displays the exact charge and dates before approval. No order-based fees. Drafts and exports remain accessible without an active subscription; publishing and applying changes require an active plan. Existing storefront snapshots are not automatically removed when a subscription ends.

Remove the guide

Remove the SizeDock app block in the theme editor and save. No theme source-code editing is needed.
