SizeDock privacy notice
Updated September 20, 2026. Operated by Webin Studio, Republic of Korea.
Data and purpose
SizeDock stores your Shopify shop domain, size charts and translations, draft and published versions, product and collection identifiers, assignments, and minimal installation and deletion records. We read product and collection information to display and validate assignments. We write the published size guide to a product metafield only after you apply a reviewed change.
Shopify session and online access tokens are processed to authenticate requests. Credentials are not included in exports or storefront output. We request no customer, order, payment-card or body-photo access. The storefront guide does not collect customer measurements or send shopper activity to our server.
Providers and storage
The service runs on Amazon Web Services in Seoul, Republic of Korea, and communicates with Shopify. These providers process data as needed to provide hosting and Shopify integration. We do not sell merchant data, use it for advertising, or train AI models with it. Your administrator language preference may be saved in your browser; it is not an authentication credential.
Retention and deletion
Data remains while the app is installed. Uninstalling revokes app access; Shopify’s shop deletion webhook triggers deletion of stored shop charts, versions and assignments. Backup copies are retained for at most 7 days. A restricted deletion journal is used during recovery to prevent restoring previously erased shop data. It contains the shop domain, deletion timestamp and a hashed event identifier. Support emails remain in the support mailbox for handling your request.
Your choices
You can export chart measurements as CSV and published charts as JSON. For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, contact apdlvmfapap@gmail.com. We verify shop ownership before disclosing or deleting records. Do not send passwords, access tokens or customer personal data.
